Pablo Oyarzo – Choreographer

Pablo Oyarzo first came to Billingham as a dancer with BAFOCHI from Chile in 2000 and 2001. In 2008 Pablo formed his own dance company in Puerto Montt and returned with his own outstanding group Ballet Folklorico Tupa Marka to our festival in 2014.

The incredible collaboration with Tupa Marka and Pablo led to the company returning to Billingham in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Each following year Pablo and Tupa Marka were collaborating with Olga Maloney in creating and portraying though music and dance a Festival Theme:
